I have been a LMT for over 4 years.  I’m passionate about helping people reach their fullest potential which I believe they can when they align and connect with their deepest self.  Bodywork is my favorite catalyst for that. The modalities that I specialize in are Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sarga, and Aztec Massage Apprentice.

I have been working with massage since 1993. Before I began my massage training, I noticed when I would give massages that I could find where they were hurting and could alleviate their pain. I had an interest in learning more about massage, and how to help people with massage.When I had the opportunity to go through training, I really enjoyed the work, and was excited to utilize the tools I had to help people more. Massage is a wonderful way to help integrate with body, mind, and spirit, and work with some of the real causes of tension and pain in the body. I have primarily utilized the following modalities:

Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Thai massage, and

Chi Nei Tsang.
